Glen Farm won the final of the USPA Association Cup on Sunday, winning 13-10 against Cooper Home & Stable at the New Bridge Polo & Country Club.
The two teams battled on even terms during the first four chukkas with Glen Farm coming out ahead by just one goal. A big fifth chukka by Glen Farm, which they won by 5-1, made all the difference and despite a valient attempt by Cooper Home & Stable to fight back in the sixth chukka, it was too big of a mountain for them to climb. Glen Farm had more shots at goal than their opponents and that pressure translated into Cooper Home & Stable giving away almost twice as many fouls as them over the course of the game. If Glen Farm's penalty shooting had been more accurate, the margin of victory could have been even greater.
