La Hache Cría & Polo won the final of the Repechaje Clasificacion 2025 on Sunday 7th December, winning 16-15 against La Dolfina Valiente at Palermo after a tough game and an extra chukka. The match which was to determine who would take the last pre-classified spot in next year's Triple Crown was between La Dolfina Valiente, winner of the Copa Camara de Diputados, and La Hache Cria Polo who ranked 8th in this year's Argentine Open.
It was a hard fought and close game, with both team's determined to get the win that would secure their 2025 place. It came down to the wire with La Dolfina Valiente making a comeback in the second half, scoring 5 unanswered goals in the 6th and 7th chukkas to push the match into overtime. La Hache Cría Polo had every opportunity to seal the victory early with 30 shots on goal, but the defensive pressure of La Dolfina Valiente proved too much and of the 30 attempts, only 13 found their mark, going some way to explaining how La Hache Cría & Polo forfeited a 5 goal lead.
They found the goal when it was most important though, with Carlos Maria Uloa scoring the all important golden goal and securing his team's 2025 Triple Crown place alongside La Natividad, La Dolfina Saudi, Ellerstina UAE Yellow Rose, La Hache Polo Team, La Ensenada Dietrich, Indios Chapaleufú Vista Energy and Cría La Dolfina.
