Smithfield won the final of the East Coast Open on Sunday, winning 10-9 against Audi at the Greenwich Polo Club.
Audi jumped out to an early five goal lead by the end of the second chukka, but Smithfield came back strong in the third consistently outscoring their opponenents from then on. Pablo Pieres was a key figure for his team as expected and he was well supported by Manuel Villamil and Joaquin Panelo.
