The much-anticipated semi-finals of the Camara de Diputados were held on Tuesday at Pilar with the four remaining undefeated teams competing for a place in the final. The first semifinal resulted in La Irenita II defeating Los Machitos 14-9, while La Fija claimed the 12-7 triumph against Nuestra Tierra in the second semifinal.
In the opening game of the day, La Irenita II and Los Machitos were tied 5-5 at halftime, but a dominant second half propelled La Irenita II to the win. Drawing on his experience from substituting in the Triple Crown for RS Murus Sanctus, Facundo Fernandez Llorente led all players with seven goals, while the inspired play of Tomas Fernandez Llorente proved to be a deciding factor in the outcome. Finishing with five field goals and three assists, Tomas Fernandez Llorente was crucial in La Irenita II’s attack, contributing on all but three of their field goals. Matching their opponents in the first half, Los Machitos were playing La Irenita II even until they were outshot 13-4 over the final three chukkas and were unable to slow the determined La Irenita II offense. With the 14-9 victory, La Irenita II claimed the first spot in the final and awaited the winner of the second semi-final. 
Building an early 3-0 lead, La Fija held control in the opening stages of the match due to accurate shooting from Gringo Colombres. Never conceding their lead, La Fija effectively managed their advantage by finishing with accuracy, converting 64% of their shots at goal. Facing the early deficit, Nuestra Tierra pushed forward and continued to generate scoring chances, but ultimately their inaccurate 26% shooting was the difference in the game. Ezequiel Martinez Ferrario led La Fija with five goals, while Alejandro Muzzio, jumping back in the saddle after helping La Dolfina Saudi Polo Team defeat Ellerstina Johor, led Nuestra Tierra with four goals.
The final between La Irenita II and La Fija is set for Monday with the winner advancing to the Repechaje Clasificacion for a spot in the 2022 Triple Crown.
