The first semifinal in the 2021 Duke of Sutherland Cup featured an impressive attack from Emlor to defeat Hurlingham Polo 1875 (Henbury Polo/Noon Giraffe) 11-6.5. 
Creating twice as many shot opportunities as Hurlingham Polo 1875 (Henbury Polo/Noon Giraffe), Emlor shot an efficient 56% to overwhelm their opponents in open play. Juan Ambroggio led the attack with five goals and just one missed shot attempt as Hurlingham Polo 1875 (Henbury Polo/Noon Giraffe) struggled to keep pace in the high-scoring match. Emlor effectively utilized the pass, assisting on seven of their nine field goals in an organized performance that received contributions from all four players. After pulling within a half goal at the start of the half on Julian de Lusarreta’s third goal, Hurlingham Polo 1875 (Henbury Polo/Noon Giraffe) conceded five unanswered goals to Emlor that ultimately sealed the 11-6.5 victory.
