La Hache won the Quarter-final of the Hurlingham Open on Tuesday, winning 20-12 against Cría La Dolfina at the Hurlingham Polo Club.
The four 9 goalers of La Hache heavily dominated against the four 8 goalers on the rival team. The first two chukkas were tightly contested, but by the end of the third chukka La Hache started to run away with the game. Polito Pieres had a storming game with 15 goals to his credit, showing some of his best form. This sets up a mouth-watering clash with La Natividad in the semi-final with two high scoring teams set to face off for a place in the final.
