ML Bar Ranch and Pegasus/Propaganda met at Houston Polo Club for the Livingston Memorial final, with Pegasus/Propaganda showcasing a strong second half, claiming the 10-7 championship victory.
Scoring opportunities were scarce throughout the first half as Pegsaus/Propaganda entered the fourth chukker with a 2-1 deficit. Outstanding offensive play from David Andras led to four consecutive goals for Pegasus/Propaganda in the fourth and fifth chukkers. Opportunities were presented to ML Bar Ranch with ten penalty attempts throughout the match but were ultimately only able to convert two penalty goals from the mallet of Cody Ellis. Entering the final chukker, ML Bar Ranch managed to keep themselves within a one goal striking distance due to the consistent efforts and field goals from Joe Wayne Barry and Cody Ellis. Despite their best efforts in the sixth chukker, ML Bar Ranch found themselves unable to score as Pegasus/Propaganda’s David Andras and Mason Wroe added two goals to their lead in order to secure the 10-7 victory.
