The Penalty 5b rule reads as follows:
- A Penalty 5 hit from the centre of the playing field. No member of the fouling team may be within 30 yards from the ball, and allthe members of the fouling team who are not off the feild or returning to their proper position must be between the ball and the defended goal. The fouled may position itself anywhere.
- Player looks for space and passes the ball to his teammate.
- Safe ride-off by the teammate.
