Another new combination team, we see the organisations of La Hache (winners of the Tortugas Open 2024) and La Irenita join forces to create a brand new line up for next season's Argentine Triple Crown. Hilario Ulloa and Francisco Elizalde from last year's winning La Hache side will be joined by Nachi du Plessis (from Ellerstina) and Pablo MacDonough from La Natividad (winners of the Hurlingham Open and the Argentine Open).
All these players had an incredible 2024 season and they will create a formidible line up. Hilario is a strong horseman and an asset to any team. He is an inpenetrable defensive force and a key lynchpin player able to play at the back and send huge powerful passes up, or switch to a more attacking role and run through the field. Francisco Elizalde is one of the highest scorers of the Triple Crown and has proved himself as a valuable dynamic with Hilario. Their experience playing together will come in handy. The team has brought in the scoring power of Pablo MacDonough who scored an impressive 38 goals across the Triple Crown, 36 of which were from the field thanks to a 50% field shot accuracy. He will no doubt be playing forward alongside Elizalde while Nachi du Plessis will sit back and capitalise on his huge hit and backhands.
