La Natividad won against Indios Chapaleufú Vista Energy by a score of 25-4 in the Tortugas Open at Tortugas Country Club on Saturday.
The Tortugas Open got under way with a very one-sided game. It was always going to be a big ask of the inexperienced Chapa team for them to compete on level terms with one of the current juggernauts of the Argentine high goal scene and so it proved to be. La Natividad scored ten unanswered goals in the first three chukkas before Chapaleufú got on the scoreboard and it was mostly one-way traffic after that as well The final result was never in any doubt, but at least it was most likely a good learning experience for the young players on the losing team.
